Down Special: PSI Magnet
Tips:
Ness's PK Flash is hard to control and its less powerful then PK Freeze.
Ness's PK Fire in midair can go down. Lucas's PK Fire goes stright ahead.
PK Thunder doesn't do a recovery, but use the PK Thunder on yourself, and you'll make a great recovery!
Ness's PK Thunder goes more farther then Lucas's PK Thunder. But it's hard to control.
Ness's PSI Magnet goes all over Ness. Luca's PSI Magnet just goes in front of him.
